Bank-Grade Encryption

Every contract you upload — whether a .pdf or .docx file — is protected using standard bank-grade encryption protocols at every stage of its lifecycle.

  • In transit: All uploads and dashboard traffic are encrypted end-to-end via TLS 1.2+, the same standard used by financial institutions.
  • At rest: Stored documents and analysis results are encrypted using AES-256, in private, access-controlled storage — never publicly addressable.

Zero AI Model Training

We never allow your confidential legal agreements to be repurposed as training data — by us or by any third-party AI provider.

We explicitly enforce zero-retention API policies. Your uploaded legal agreements are NEVER cached, saved, or used to train public OpenAI or Anthropic AI models.

Full Control Over Your Data

Your documents are processed transiently, in memory, solely to generate your risk analysis — they are not persisted anywhere during that process.

  • Contract content is held in memory only for the duration of processing, then discarded.
  • You remain in full control: permanently delete any document and its associated analysis from your dashboard with a single click — no waiting period, no support ticket required.
